Testimony

It is our experience that most files settle before going to court. However, it is never known what case may end up going to trial and thus, we treat all cases as if they will end up in court. If the matter cannot be settled out of court, then our engineers will testify as an expert witness to assist the court with understanding the technical aspects of the accident. To varying degrees, our experts have testified in all levels of the Alberta courts.
